This version of Nike Air VaporMax Plus University Red Black is clad in its moniker's striking arrangement of red neoprene in the forefoot that joins with its black counterpart at the heel counter, revisiting its gradient scheme that's been made a prominent addition to a pattern-padded upper.

While hints of blood red ooze through an ankle Swooshes and a second grade graces its mid-foot shank, with darkly tinted caged overlays that continue throughout a translucent full-length Air Max Bubble and midsole. The ankle, tongue, and toe are all branded with tiny Swooshes. The "Vm Air" insignia from Nike has been resurrected and placed on the shoe's heel as a vintage touch.
